About five minutes after purchase. Subscribe on Whop, complete the wizard (bot token, OpenAI key, business profile), and Frydai provisions your container. You'll be chatting with your operator shortly after.
You bring your own OpenAI API key - it powers every skill. Gemini is optional and only used for video analysis. Hermes is the agent runtime that reads your brand context and runs slash commands.
A light one - for credentials, business profile, activation status and billing. The work itself happens in Telegram. You don't operate Frydai through a SaaS UI.
Frydai ships 40+ slash commands (competitor research, ad creatives, Shopify ops, landing pages, and more). You don't pick skills from a menu - you message your bot and it runs the right command. Spend and publishes require your confirmation.
