This policy explains what information we collect when you use Frydai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Frydai is an AI operator for e-commerce, operated as a business of 187n.ai. When we say “we”, “us”, or “Frydai” in this policy, we mean the team that runs the Frydai product on behalf of 187n.ai.

What Frydai is

Frydai gives you a private AI operator inside your own Telegram bot. You connect your business profile, bring your own API keys (such as OpenAI), and optionally link tools like Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, or HiggsField. Most of the work happens in Telegram; a light dashboard is available for credentials, profile, activation status, and billing.

Information we collect

Account and billing

  • Identity and contact details — when you subscribe or sign in, we receive information from Whop (our billing and membership provider), such as your name, email address, and membership status.
  • Payment data — card and payment details are processed by Whop. Frydai does not store full payment card numbers.

Setup and product data

  • Business profile — information you enter during setup or in Settings (business name, website, niche, offer, customer description, brand voice, priorities, and similar fields).
  • Credentials and API keys — keys you provide to run Frydai, including your Telegram bot token, OpenAI API key, and optional integrations (Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, HiggsField, Apify, Airtable, and others). These are stored so we can provision and operate your private operator container.
  • Telegram identifiers — Telegram user IDs you allow to access your bot.
  • Operational metadata — such as container provisioning status, bot username, connected platforms, and timestamps related to activation or restarts.

Usage and communications

  • Telegram conversations — messages between you and your Frydai operator run inside your Telegram bot. Conversation content is processed to deliver the service and may pass through AI providers using your configured keys.
  • Website and dashboard usage — standard server and application logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, errors) to keep the service secure and reliable.
  • Authentication cookies — session cookies when you sign in to the dashboard or complete setup.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide, provision, and maintain your Frydai operator
  • Verify your subscription and manage access to setup and dashboard features
  • Store and sync your configuration to your dedicated runtime environment
  • Respond to support requests and service-related communications
  • Improve reliability, security, and product quality
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business data to train public AI models on behalf of third parties.

Third-party services

Frydai relies on trusted processors and integrations to operate:

  • Whop — subscription billing, membership verification, and sign-in
  • Supabase — customer records and configuration storage
  • Hosting infrastructure — to run the Frydai web app and your isolated operator container
  • Telegram — your bot and chat interface
  • AI and tool providers you connect — such as OpenAI, Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo, HiggsField, Apify, and Airtable, governed by their own terms and privacy policies

When you connect a third-party API key, requests from your operator are sent to that provider using your credentials. You remain responsible for those providers' fees, policies, and compliance requirements.

Data retention

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing, support, and legal obligations. If you cancel, we will delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed, except where we must retain it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. EU/EEA users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

Frydai is a business product and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Frydai after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
